Victoria plays an active role in conservation and planning for metro Atlanta. Since 2019, she has served as a Supervisor with DeKalb Soil and Water Conservation District, which is part of Georgia’s statewide effort to protect natural resources. She has also been a member of DeKalb County District 4’s Community Council since 2017, becoming Vice-Chair in 2025. In her position as Co-Chair of the Avondale-Rockbridge Civic Alliance (ARCA), Victoria has helped rewrite the Scottdale Overlay District zoning code and review development plans in line with county regulations.
Victoria's civic engagement spans several cities, including a mayoral appointment to South Bend, Indiana’s 20-year City Plan (2003), and co-chairing the Communications and Outreach team for Chester County, PA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Task Force (2007). She has also coordinated programs at Maysie’s Farm Conservation Center, supporting sustainable agriculture education through grants and internships.
Originally from Princeton, NJ, Victoria has lived across the U.S. and Canada, and studied at Bradford College and UC Berkeley. In addition to being an activist and exhibiting artist, she spent 26 years as a Video/Film and Broadcast Design Director in major cities including Atlanta, San Francisco, and Philadelphia. Victoria is also a graduate of the DeKalb/UGA Master Gardener program and volunteers with the Wylde Center in Decatur.
